The concentration of hazardous substances quantifies the volume of air to be extracted from the work station. ALSIDENT® SYSTEM 75 works with air volumes between 80-180 m³/h and is available in various types that are complementary to each other with working ranges of up to 1.990 mm.
ALSIDENT® SYSTEM 75 ALSIDENT® SYSTEM 75 extraction arms are self-sustaining with an internal bearing spring, Aluminium or PP-pipes, joints of Polypropylene (PP) and internal components of stainless steel (AISI 316L). The construction constitutes a very user-friendly extraction arm that is easy to adjust to the source of the pollutant during the working process.
An extraction arm from ALSIDENT® SYSTEM consists of three basic parts - the arm itself, a hood and a bracket for mounting. The extraction arms are quickly mounted with standard brackets for table, wall or ceiling. In combination with the wide range of hood designs this makes it possible to choose an extraction arm adapted for each work situation. ALSIDENT® SYSTEM 75 in three versions
Aluminium - Anodised aluminium pipes with Polypropylene (PP) joints in either white or red.
Antistatic - Pipes and joints made of conductive Polypropylene (PP), includes an earthing wire. This version of ALSIDENT® SYSTEM 75 is approved for use in EX environments (Explosive Atmosphere) according to the standards IEC 13463-1 part 13.3.4.7 and IEC 61340-4-1 and is therefore labelled: EX II 1 GD The antistatic version is also approved for use in ESD environments according to standard IEC 61340-5-1.
