Application possibilities Areas of applications are within the electronic and pharmaceutical industries, laboratories, schools, hairdressing salons and nail studios. ALSIDENT® SYSTEM 50 is available in a choise of two different materials and can therefore be used in both non-agressive and in sensitive ESD environments.
The concentration of hazardous substances quantifies the volume of air to be extracted from the work station. ALSIDENT® SYSTEM 50 works with air volumes between 45-85 m³/h and is available with a working range of up to 1.660 mm.
ALSIDENT® SYSTEM 50 An internal spring gives ALSIDENT® SYSTEM a self supporting construction that, together with the movable joints, offers the possibility of adjusting the arm in many different positions with just one hand to suit a variety of purposes.
An extraction arm from ALSIDENT® SYSTEM is available in three different mounting models - table, wall or ceiling mounted. The extraction arms consists of three basic parts - the arm itself, a hood and a bracket for mounting. The range of hoods and brackets can be found under "Accessories".
ALSIDENT® SYSTEM 50 in two versions
Aluminium - anodised aluminium pipes with Polypropylene (PP) joints in either white, red or black.
Antistatic - chromated aluminium pipes with joints made of static conducting Polypropylene (PP). This version of ALSIDENT® SYSTEM 50 has been specially developed for sensitive ESD-areas and is therefore mounted with an earting wire with a resistance of 1M-Ohm.
