Application possibilities Areas of appliction are within the electronics industries, laboratories, hair and nailstudios. ALSIDENT® SYSTEM 50 Flex is available in two different materials for both non-aggressive and sensitive ESD environments.
The concentration of hazardous substances quantifies the volume of air to be extracted from the work process. ALSIDENT® SYSTEM 50 Flex works with air volumes between 45-85 m³/h and is available with a working area of max. 900 mm.
ALSIDENT® SYSTEM 50 Flex An internal spring gives ALSIDENT® SYSTEM 50 Flex a self supporting construction and together with the movable joints and the self supporting hose this model has a very high flexibility. By turning the flexible hose you can tighten it up in order to maintain the position.
The extraction arm from ALSIDENT® SYSTEM 50 Flex is available in a table mounted model. The extraction arm can be mounted directly through the table or with a table bracket for a mobile installation.
ALSIDENT® SYSTEM 50 Flex in two versions
Aluminium: Anodised aluminium pipes with Polypropylene (PP) joints and plastic hose. Joints available in both white, red and black.
Antistatic: Chromated aluminium pipes with joints of conductive Polypropylene (PP) and conductive plastic hose. This version of ALSIDENT® SYSTEM 50 Flex is specially delveloped for the sensitive ESD-areas and is therefore mounted with an earthing wire with a resistance of 1 M-Ohm.
