During spring 2009, the ceiling columns - any length or diameter - are all available with a 4mm integrated mounting plate. Therefore, the separate reinforcement plate is no longer required which simplifies the installation of the ceiling column. In addition, the integrated mounting plate has round corners.

Like all other dimensions, in future also System 75 will no longer have a separate stop on the joints.

As of 1 January 2008, all antistatic extraction arms from Alsident System 75 and 100 will meet EX-requirements (ATEX).
A new extended manual for mounting and a certificate of conformity will be added on.

The antistatic extraction arms from Alsident System 75 and 100 are still approved for use in ESD-areas.

Alsident System has completed detailed Maintenance and Cleaning Instructions for all our Systems. These guidelines includes instructions on cleaning, instruction on the adjustment of internal springs and information about the optimal positioning of hood.

In order to facilitate and support the ducting when table mounting with a U-profile an extra flange will now be included with the U-profile.

We now offer an updated folder regarding capture efficiency for a broad variety of hoods and cabinets. The tests have been carried out by Danish Technological Institute and includes the systems 25, 50, 63, 75 and 100.

We are now able to supply a finishing plate for the ceiling columns of Systems 50, 63, 75 and 100. The finishing plate is used in connection with suspended ceilings to complete the finish around the lead-through of the ceiling column. As the finishing plate is made of plastic material it can be mounted with screws or glued to the ceiling.
